Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. All custom neon signs must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Eligible Items
- Standard neon signs in original condition
- Accessories and mounting hardware (unused)
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Damaged items during shipping
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom neon signs with personalized text or designs
- Items damaged due to misuse or installation errors
- Products returned after 30 days
- Items without original packaging
Refund Process
1. Contact Us: Email our support team at returns@weddingneonsign.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
3. Package & Ship: Carefully package the item in its original box and ship it back to us using the provided label.
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
